Meet Our Director of Events

Bill Pannhoff has earned the area’s “Best Caterer” award 17 times since he launched his own company, B&B Catering & Event Planning, based in Spring Lake, N.C. Now, as McCormick Farms’ Director of Events, Bill oversees the planning and catering for all events at McCormick Farms.

While proudly serving in the U.S. Army, Bill graduated with honors from the Military’s Club Management & Culinary Arts School. He served on the Army Culinary Arts Team, as a general’s enlisted aide, and as NCOIC of a Military Bed and Breakfast. He also earned Airborne qualification. In 1990, Bill founded B&B Catering Inc. Since then, he and his exceptional team have become well known for the wide variety of outstanding events they’ve catered throughout the Sandhills region.

Bill is also a highly sought after hospitality consultant who has helped with business operations and the design of commercial kitchens and event venues nationwide. He has authored three bestselling books on the hospitality industry and serves on the boards of several catering industry organizations.
